Terms of Service (ToS)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aquila.mom. By creating an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

One. Description of Services and Monetization

We provide an independent, global platform for communication, content sharing, and community building.

Paid Services: The platform includes monetization elements, including paid subscriptions, premium features, advertising, and in-app purchases.
Payment Terms: All payments are processed through certified third-party payment gateways. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the pricing, automatic renewal terms, and refund rules specified at the time of purchase.

Two. Eligibility, Anonymity, and Multiple Accounts

Age Requirement: To register on the platform, you must be at least 13 years old (for EU and US residents, at least 16 years old in accordance with GDPR and COPPA, or have verifiable parental consent).
Right to Anonymity and Pseudonyms: You are not required to use your real name on Aquila.mom. You have the right to remain completely anonymous and use pseudonyms to protect your privacy and identity.
Multiple Accounts: You are permitted to create and operate multiple accounts for different purposes, provided that none of the accounts are used to violate these Terms, bypass prior bans, or engage in malicious activity (such as spamming or targeted harassment).
Guaranteed Security and Exceptions: We are committed to protecting your anonymity and personal safety. Your identity will remain private unless:
1. You voluntarily request official account verification under the platform's designated procedures.
2. The service is compelled to act by direct, valid, and unavoidable legal circumstances (such as a binding international court order).

Three. Processing of Sensitive Data and Geolocation

By registering on Aquila.mom, you give your explicit and informed consent to the processing of special categories of data:

Sensitive Data: You may voluntarily share information regarding your health, religious, political, or philosophical beliefs, or other confidential info in your profile or posts. We apply enhanced encryption and security measures to protect this data.
Geolocation: The service uses your location data (GPS, IP address) to provide localized features. You can disable precise location tracking at any time via your mobile device settings or your profile privacy options.

Four. Global Compliance (International Law)

As Aquila.mom is available worldwide, we commit to respecting key international data protection standards:

For EU Residents: Data collection and processing strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You retain the right to export, modify, and completely delete ("right to be forgotten") your data.
For US Residents: We comply with state privacy laws (including the CCPA in California) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Five. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

Hate speech, discrimination based on any grounds (including race, religion, gender, or health).
Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn) and any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Harassment, stalking, threats, and cyberbullying, including the misuse of geolocation features.
Fraud, spam, phishing, and the distribution of malicious software.
Infringement of intellectual property, copyrights, and related rights.

Six. Content Rights and Licensing

Your Ownership: You remain the full owner of the intellectual property rights to the content you post.
License to the Platform: To operate the service, you grant Aquila.mom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content. This license terminates immediately when you delete your content or account.

Seven. Moderation and Account Termination

Sanctions for Violations: We reserve the right to remove content, restrict post visibility, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription Forfeiture: If your account is permanently blocked due to severe rule violations, no refunds will be issued for any active paid subscriptions.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. Your personal data will be permanently erased from our servers within the legally required period (up to 30 days).

Eight. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to potential technical outages or ISP-level censorship.
Aquila.mom shall not be liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, or moral damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nine. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes will be addressed through amicable negotiations via the Aquila.mom support team. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the country where the managing company of Aquila.mom is registered.
