These Merchant Terms and Conditions ("Purchase Terms") govern all financial transactions, premium subscriptions, digital purchases, and paid services made on or through the Aquila.mom website and web platform. By initiating a transaction, you agree to these Purchase Terms.
One. Merchant Identity and Services
- The Merchant: Aquila.mom (operated by the legal entity indicated in the contact section of the platform).
- Service Description: We sell access to premium features, virtual goods, badges, ad-free experiences, and monthly/annual subscription plans within our independent social network. All services provided are digital and intangible.
Two. Pricing and Payment Methods
- Currency: All prices are officially listed in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) depending on your region. If your local card currency differs, the transaction will be converted by your issuing bank at their current exchange rate.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as certified electronic wallets and alternative payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees or pricing for digital goods at any time. Any price changes for ongoing subscriptions will be communicated to you at least 14 days in advance.
Three. Immediate Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)
- Delivery Method: Aquila.mom does not ship physical goods.
- Delivery Timeframe: All purchases of virtual goods, premium upgrades, or subscriptions are delivered instantly and automatically upon successful payment authorization.
- Access Issues: If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful transaction, please contact our support immediately with your transaction ID.
Four. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Automatic Renewal: All recurring subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are set to auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent the next billing charge, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date via your Account Settings dashboard on the website.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid billing period, after which it will downgrade to a free account.
Five. Refund and Chargeback Policy
- General Rule: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital content, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- A confirmed double-billing technical error on our side.
- Mandatory local consumer protection laws (e.g., the 14-day cooling-off period for EU residents, provided the premium features have not been actively used).
- Dispute Handling (Chargebacks): If you open an unjustified chargeback dispute with your bank before contacting our support team, your Aquila.mom account will be temporarily or permanently suspended to prevent fraudulent activity. Please resolve billing issues directly with us first.
Six. Payment Security and Data Protection
- PCI-DSS Compliance: All credit card transactions are processed securely through certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
- Data Privacy: Aquila.mom never stores, views, or retains your full credit card number or CVV/CVC code on our servers. Your payment data is securely tokenized directly by the payment network.
- Fraud Prevention: We use advanced anti-fraud automated filters. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any transaction that flags high security risks or potential identity theft.
Seven. Governing Law and Legal Disputes
- Any claims, disputes, or lawsuits arising out of payments made on Aquila.mom shall be governed by the laws of the country of registration of the managing company of Aquila.mom.
